## Who this is for

A college or club program almost always already has a workflow for film and post-match reporting. RufioStats is not there to replace it. It is the live layer: what runs on the bench during the match, tracked live instead of compiled afterward.

Whatever you use for film exchange and match reports today keeps working exactly like it does now. RufioStats runs alongside it.

None of this needs a trained statistician or a code language to memorize. Tap what you see, on a phone, tablet, or in a browser.

## Multi-device tracking roles

One device is the scorekeeper: score, serve, and lineup. Others join the same live game and take specific stat groups, so serve, serve receive, attack, and defense can each be someone's job. One tracker per stat, so nothing is counted twice, and everything lands in a single game.

- Stat groups you can split across helpers: Serve, Serve receive, Attack, Set / BHE, Dig, Block, Lineup & subs, and Team (free balls).
- Helpers join with a QR code and can be limited to stat entry only, with no ability to edit the team.
- A device can also join as **Coach view**: watch-only, no stat entry at all.

## Coach view on the bench tablet

Coach view is a watch-only live dashboard built to sit on a tablet at the bench: the current run, serve targeting, rotation weak spots, and who is hot or cold, updated every rally from everyone's taps.

It is a read of your own live statistics on a bench tablet, not a channel to anyone. Coach view never enters stats and never sends anything to a player on the court. It can flag a rally for film review, and that's the extent of what it sends anywhere.

## Public live pages for fans and parents

Turn on a public page for a team and share the link. The score and the stat line update live, rally by rally, for anyone watching. No account and nothing to install.

- Off by default. Turn it on and off any time under a team's stat visibility settings.
- Grandparents, travelling parents, and recruiters can all watch the same live match from wherever they are.
- A fan with an account can follow a team and come back to its schedule, results, and season stats.
