## Keyboard shortcuts

Shortcuts work when you are not typing in a text box. On a Mac, use Cmd in place of Ctrl. Press **?** in Rufio Court to see this list there.

| Left / Right | Step one frame back / forward (hold Shift for 10 frames) |
| Home / End | Jump to the start / end |
| V | Select and move |
| A | Arrow tool |
| Z | Zone tool |
| T | Text callout tool |
| C | Cone tool |
| G | Ghost tool |
| B | Edit touches |
| K | Add a key at the playhead |
| F | Add a freeze at the playhead |
| N / Shift+N | Add a near-side / far-side player |
| S | Snapping on / off |
| Tab | Switch between 3D and 2D plan view |
| I | Show / hide the inspector |
| Ctrl/Cmd+Z | Undo |
| Ctrl/Cmd+Y or Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+Z | Redo |
| Ctrl/Cmd+C / Ctrl/Cmd+V | Copy / paste the selected keys |

## When shortcuts apply

Shortcuts do not replace typing inside a text field. Edit-only tools require **Edit mode**. Press **?** to open the current shortcut sheet in Court. On a touch screen, use the labeled controls instead.

For precision on the timeline, click a timeline lane before using timeline-specific keys. **Escape** leaves a temporary tool or clears the selection.
