- Minutes 8 to 102 min
Today’s focus
Note
Separate rally wins from wash points. Have players call the wash score so the coach can watch the next-ball reset.
- Minutes 10 to 2010 min

Change the target
Drill, 2 to 8 players
Serve one at a time; extras collect only on the clear call and rotate through scoring. Use a counter for zones completed. Stay with the current zone after a miss.
- Minutes 20 to 3212 min

Turn free balls into attacks
Drill, 7 to 9 players
Six players work; rotate extras every four balls. Count controlled attacks in bounds. Ask the setter to find a second option when the pass permits it.

- Minutes 65 to 8520 min

Earn five wash points
Drill, 10 to 14 players
Five a side. Alternate serves after each pair, rotate extras each round. Use the scoreboard for wash points, not individual rallies. Reset to base before the coach feeds.
- Minutes 85 to 905 min
Cool down and review
Note
Walk, drink water and stretch comfortably. Which team reset fastest after the first rally? Name the call that helped win the second ball.
