Open the parent-and-player session
The At home: parent and player plan is a 30-minute backyard session for one child learning the basics and one adult. It uses a ball, a towel and water. The adult can toss and catch throughout; no net or volleyball experience is needed.
- Open the home plan in Court, or choose At home with your player in the welcome pane.
- Read the setup and watch each drill with your player.
- Use Run practice for the clock, or read and print the plan.
What you will do
- Warm up together, then practice a few shuffle steps.
- Toss, set and catch. A catch in the setting window is fine while the player learns.
- Take water, then work on soft passes back to the parent.
- Outside, practice the serve toss onto a towel without hitting or jumping.
- Finish with a shared rally goal. The parent may catch every return.
Choose your own home drills
Browse At home drills for solo, wall and parent-fed choices. Check the equipment and safety note on each card; not every home drill fits a small room. Let your player choose a skill for next time.
