Athlete or Blocky players will not load

In Edit mode > Settings > Players, choose the style again after checking your connection. Athlete and Blocky download player models on first use. Toy is a built-in style and can help you keep working while you check the download.

Try a current browser and reload after saving a play file. If the error continues, contact support with the browser, device, selected style and the steps that caused it. Do not send account tokens or a private play unless support specifically needs it.

My saved plays are missing

  1. Check that you are using the same browser and device as before.
  2. Open Playbook > My plays and clear search, folder and tag filters.
  3. If you used cloud saving, check which account is signed in.
  4. Import a downloaded play file if you have one. Clearing site data can remove local copies.

The play stops or looks still

Press Restart, then Play. A drill stops after one round unless Loop is on. Drag to an earlier touch, then press Play. Choose 3D if you want to move the camera around the court.

Sign-in or cloud saving is unavailable

You can watch and edit without signing in. Check the connection before retrying the account action. Keep a play file while working out a sign-in problem. Download a play file to keep your work while you resolve the sign-in problem.

A video export fails

Try 720 fast, a shorter range or a current Chrome or Edge browser. Keep the tab in front during rendering. A PNG still is another way to share the current frame. Read Exporting clips for the supported choices.

If you still need help, use Contact support. Include the exact message and the last action you took.
