Move and select a player
- Choose Edit mode and Select & move.
- Click a player to show their controls in the inspector.
- Drag the player to the intended spot. Use 2D plan view if perspective makes placement difficult.
- Play the rally to check the position at the moment you changed.
A player has timeline keys as well as a starting position. For movement at another moment, use Timeline and annotations.
Add a player or use a roster
The toolbar adds a near-side or far-side player. On a keyboard, N adds near and Shift+N adds far. Select the new player to edit their appearance and labels.
Apply to this play in Quick Plays maps the formation’s roles to your current players. Players not used in the formation are benched. A roster from Rufio Stats is a snapshot; later roster changes do not silently rewrite the play.
Choose a starting formation
Choose New play > Formation, or a formation in Playbook > Quick Plays. Pick the court kind and intended rotation, then add the ball touches. For the meaning of positions and zones, read Positions and rotations.
